We are delighted to share in this blog post about a recent unique crossover experience between our Graduate Fellowship and CAMCA Fellowship programs this past fall.

This fall, the Foundation was pleased to recognize an alumnus who represents the next generation of civic-minded leaders. We were delighted to award the 2023 Alumni of the Year Award to Dr. Ben Judge!

Washington, D.C. – Over September 21^st-22^nd the Rumsfeld Foundation hosted its eleventh annual Graduate Fellowship Conference in Washington, D.C. with network members attending from across the country.

Washinton, D.C. - The Rumsfeld Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of its 2023-24 Graduate Fellows.

This spring the Foundation reached an exciting milestone of our Graduate Fellowship Program as we selected our new 2023-24 Fellowship cohort, marking the start of the program’s 15^th academic year! With the addition of our new Fellows, the Foundation has been delighted to award Fellowship grants totaling more than $3.9 million to support over 200 Fellows since the program’s inaugural grants in 2009. To commemorate these recent milestones and the program’s development, we asked a few alumni within our Graduate Fellowship Network to reflect on the impact of their experience as a Fellow, share some insights on what makes the program and network unique and more. We hope you enjoy hearing firsthand from some of our terrific alumni!

Washington, D.C. – On Saturday, May 13^th the Rumsfeld Foundation hosted members of its Graduate Fellowship Network in Annapolis, Maryland for its annual Spring Retreat comprised of networking opportunities, conversations on timely issues, leadership development and more.

We are delighted to have Sarah Tonucci, our Executive Director, join us for an interview for our latest blog post. Sarah has been involved with the Foundation since 2009 and has led the Foundation in her current role for the past 11 years, working closely with Secretary Rumsfeld to advance our mission and develop our programs.
